This Checklist will guide your consultation with women asking for Ovesse or seeking help for their vaginal atrophy symptoms. It should be used by pharmacy team members who have read and understood the Ovesse Pharmacy Guide and have access to the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL). The Checklist consists of questions for the woman to answer which will allow the pharmacist/team to check whether Ovesse is suitable and what course of action to take.
