OVESSE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Aspen Pharmacare UK Limited, whose registered office is at One Kingdom Street, 4th floor, Office, 419 420, Paddington Central London W2 6BD (“Aspen”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘the Promoter’ refers to Aspen using the Ovesse UK Facebook Page.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and only to residents of the United Kingdom. Aspen employees are excluded from the draw.

The competition is completely free to enter. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all Facebook entrants.

All entries must be received by 11.55pm on the 16th March 2025. For entries to be valid, participants must complete all criteria outlined by The Promoter on the Ovesse UK Facebook Page.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a John Lewis Gift Card to the value of £500. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Facebook, using a random number generator.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Aspen does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for the condition or quality of the competition prize.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Aspen’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via Facebook direct message provided on the 18th March 2025. The user will also be tagged in a comment on the competition post.

Aspen will make one attempt to contact the winner via via Facebook Messenger.

If the winner does not respond to the direct message informing them of their win within 3 working days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Aspen reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The name, address, post code, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize only.

The winner will allow 14 working days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Aspen for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

The winner’s first name will be announced on Ovesse social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Aspen accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants because of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Aspen reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or John Lewis.
